Julibeads FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are Julibeads?
A: Julibeads are simple, ‘earth-friendly’ paper bead bracelets made of two different types of beads. They come in stretchy or wired, both at the same price of $1.00 . With a giftbox, it is only $0.25 more than the price with no giftbox.

Q: What are the beads made out of?
A: 50% glass, and 50% old magazine paper. The glass beads are store-bought, while the paper beads are home-made.

Q: What are the giftboxes made out of?
A: Giftboxes are origami masu boxes made out of Kraft Wrapping Paper.

Q: What is my benefit of buying a bracelet?
A: By buying a bracelet, you’re recycling nearly a sheet of paper. The bracelets are original as well. You can wear it for fun when going out during your day. If you’re not interested at all in wearing or buying a bracelet, you can give them to relatives, friends, or anyone you know as a present. (That’s what giftboxes are for. -.^ ) Cheap, quick, and can look nice depending on the beads in the bracelet.

Q: How do you make paper beads?
A: Tutorial will be posted soon.
